Instavolt charging station. only 4 rapid chargers there at a busy location, 1 charger was broken and this tesla driver decided to be a complete arsehole and block a charger, no intention to charge because the port is at the back of the car and charging lead wouldnt reach anyway, he just couldnt be bothered to park in a normal spot and deicded to block the charger instead.
