VERY dangerous driver! At first I thought she was drunk!!! She was hogging the outside lane for around 5 miles, with no one in front of her and no vehicles on the left. During her lane hogging. She decided it was acceptable to do 55MPH in the National speed limit (70MPH). But whenever someone started to undertake her, she would speed up to 70MPH again. Once she had made a bit of a gap, she would slow down again. Baring in mind, no one in the left two lanes or in front of her. While doing all this, she was swerving from left to right, going over the white lines multiple times. Her left two wheels were physically over the lines in the middle lane. She also had her right two wheels off the road more than once. I highly think she was either on drugs or had a drink…
