Pulled out if a junction causing me to break, tootes horn then he slammed on breaks, I tried to move over on another lane and he crossed in front so I had to stop again

I spotted this brainless excuse for a driver tailgating an articulated lorry at approximately 40mph on a motorway!! I imagine the driver was trying to see how slow it would have to go to get this numpty off its arse. This driver needs to be educated as to how incredibly dangerous this can be.
This idiot was waiting to pull onto the A303 from a side road. It waited until both a red kia and an articulated lorry were practically on top of it then decided to pull out forcing both to brake sharply or rear end them. Total lack of judgement here almost causing an accident.
